  • In this interactive workshop, you will explore the intersection of emotional intelligence, boundary management, and its critical role in preventing and managing burnout.
  • By the end of this workshop, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to apply emotional intelligence to identify necessary boundaries and proactively manage job burnout.
  • Come hear Katie and Tiffany share strategies to maintain your own well-being while highlighting applications for practice as a career counselor, coach, or leader.
  • This workshop is eligible for (1) NBCC CE and (1) NCDA CE.
  • NCCDA members may request at no cost after participating for the full workshop and completing the follow up survey.
  • Non-NCCDA members may request (1) NBCC CE  and/or (1) NCDA CE with $25.00 payment after participating for the full workshop and completing the follow up survey.
