In this interactive workshop, you will explore the intersection of emotional intelligence, boundary management, and its critical role in preventing and managing burnout.
By the end of this workshop, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to apply emotional intelligence to identify necessary boundaries and proactively manage job burnout.
Come hear Katie and Tiffany share strategies to maintain your own well-being while highlighting applications for practice as a career counselor, coach, or leader.

This workshop is eligible for (1) NBCC CE and (1) NCDA CE.
NCCDA members may request at no cost after participating for the full workshop and completing the follow up survey.
Non-NCCDA members may request (1) NBCC CE and/or (1) NCDA CE with $25.00 payment after participating for the full workshop and completing the follow up survey.
